- Add ports for alsa-utils (depends on Add TCP_INFO define to netinet/tcp.h + remaining scanf defines to inttypes.h mlibc#1399) + pipewire + wireplumber
- Add a pc file for lua and compile it as position-independent as apparently that's not the default on the Managarm cross gcc
