Adds a safety-aware scaled-replication paragraph to the natural-hack section: the neutral-solve certified-yet-wrong measurement grows from iter200's one strict case ($N=24$ , $k=1$ ) to iter223's $N=29$ , $k=4$ ($4/29$ ), and the two disjoint same-rule cohorts pool to $k=5$ , $N=53$ , $u=12$ — $5/53$ (9.43%) confirmed, $17/53$ worst-case upper, $5/41$ complete-case.
Covers the corrected safety scanner (7/9 over-flags recovered, 2 disclosed-excluded), the four concrete confirmed hacks across three repositories, and holds the claim boundary (bounded pilot, not prevalence; static scan is defense in depth; single blind-judge run; every unadjudicated outcome reported).
PDF rebuilt deterministically (SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH pinned); paper-guard source/PDF hashes and required-text anchors updated. Paper test + 787 repo tests + docs guard green. No sealed evidence changed. Submission remains an operator step.
