Release Description (OneAlert 2.0)

OneAlert 2.0 introduces industrial OT/IT security monitoring capabilities built for legacy and hybrid environments. This release adds passive asset discovery, industrial protocol awareness, and vulnerability intelligence ingestion from sources like CISA KEV and ICS-CERT. Devices discovered across the network can now be correlated with managed assets, enabling risk-based alerting tied directly to OT infrastructure. The update also includes a modern dashboard, multi-factor risk scoring, and cloud-ready deployment using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Google Cloud Run.
