generate mkdocs.yml nav

$ python3 gen-menu.py

This will auto-populate the mkdocs.yml file.

Note: Remove everything out of the mkdocs.yml file except the nav: items before running

deployment

mkdocs build --clean

mkdocs gh-deploy
