Weekly plan-definitions check — 2026-09-21

Verify the carriers' plan definitions against their sites and update data/offers.js if anything changed:

• Verizon myPlan lineup (Welcome / Plus / Ultimate): per-line prices, priority data, hotspot GB, international
• T-Mobile lineup (Essentials / Experience More / Experience Beyond): same fields
• AT&T lineup (Value / Extra / Premium 2.0 — and whether Elite 2.0 should be added): same fields
• MVNOs (Visible, Mint, Metro, Cricket): prices and any feature changes
• Resolve any estimatedFeatures entries against carrier sites
• If a carrier renamed or replaced a plan type, update the plan entry, its features block, and its QCI entry in data/qci.js in the same change
• Update DATA_RETRIEVED and run npm test (the data-integrity scenarios validate the edit)
