Eighth adoption from the workbook cross-reference — Cricket also re-shuffled its plans after the workbook was made, so the current lineup was verified via Cricket's plan/family pages, WhistleOut, UpPhone and PhoneScoop.

Stacked on #16 → #17 → #18 → #19 — merge in order; this PR then carries only the Cricket changes.

Replaced

The single "Cricket Unlimited $55" entry becomes three plans, all AutoPay + taxes-included pricing:

  • Sensible 10GB — $30: capped at 10GB, flat at every line count (capped plans get no multi-line discount — published fact, so not estimated).
  • Smart Unlimited — $45: 15GB hotspot, Mexico/Canada use; published $27.50/line at 4 lines.
  • Supreme Unlimited — $55 (keeps the cricket id): 50GB hotspot, international texting; published $32.50/line at 4 lines; QCI 8 as the successor to the old "Unlimited + 15GB Hotspot" tier (the QCI table scenario updated accordingly).

Mexico/Canada use is noted but not counted as international, matching the AT&T-postpaid convention. Unpublished 2/3/5-line prices are interpolated and flagged estimated.

Tests (red-first)

3 new/updated scenarios: tier pricing, published 4-line rates not estimated, QCI row change, MVNO floor raised to 26. 119 scenarios, 606 steps green.

  (was 0/0-unknown), source moved to Mint's own plans page
- Per-line prices apply at every line count, so the estimated flags on
  multi-line prices are dropped
- QCI 7 entries for the three new plans

Both PRs appended plans and MVNO-count scenarios; kept both sets.
119 scenarios green.
