Add shared AI-agent team with repository-specific context

This repository gains seven task-selected AI development roles with context tailored to its mission, constraints, existing specialists and validation requirements. The shared role router loads only the chosen role; AI Gateway uses a root-linked guide to preserve its exact native specialist roster; the root guide points to an immutable master source commit.

The original project instructions and native team are preserved. Managed file hashes support repeatable updates and refuse manual drift. No application dependency, provider call, background schedule or automatic merge is added.

Validation: original AGENTS.md preservation, common-role/profile/manifest hash checks, official skill packaging validation, whitespace and redacted staged Betterleaks scan. Application code is unchanged; this does not certify runtime agent behavior or satisfy separate product release gates.

Rollback removes only the added guide, shared skill, .ai/master-agents pack and shared-resource pointer; remove added discoverability sections if present.
