🧪 Add edge case tests for query_index#15

Fixes missing test coverage for `query_index` in `scripts/index-vault.py`. Adds `scripts/tests/test_index_vault.py` which mocks the DB connection and verifies: - Empty keywords return early and correctly - Correct formatting of SQL strings for single and multiple keywords - Appropriate query limits - Mitigation of SQL injection with parameter bindings - Mapping of `sqlite3.Row` results into generic python dictionaries Co-authored-by: masuda-so <258961222+masuda-so@users.noreply.github.com>
