🎯 What:
Added unit tests for the scan_note function in scripts/index-vault.py. Since it's a pure function making assumptions about parsing metadata files, it needs to be reliably tested.

📊 Coverage:
The tests now cover:

  • Ignored and Unindexed folders skipping behavior.
  • OSError catching behavior.
  • Valid behavior in correctly parsing metadata tags, body content, outgoing links, and dates, and returning a valid dictionary format.

Result:
Significant improvement in unit testing coverage that reduces manual testing of the parsing functionality.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16848077366518321353 started by @masuda-so

Add a new unit test for the `scan_note` function in `index-vault.py` to ensure it works correctly and captures all intended metadata keys.

This test file covers skipping logic, error cases when parsing files that don't exist, and verifies correct parsing of valid files.
