Summary

• Simplify the public website into a white, direct, Big Tech-style company site
• Replace poetic homepage and page copy with factual JA/EN wording
• Reduce visual decoration, remove reveal animation, simplify navigation, and add page-specific SEO metadata

• Reviewed the diff for scope and confirmed it is limited to the website simplification changes
• No unrelated working tree changes were included

• Django test client smoke check for JA/EN public pages, robots.txt, and sitemap.xml
• Browser check on http://127.0.0.1:8000/ for desktop and 390px mobile, including mobile nav interaction and console error/warn check
