That's the thesis of my work. That's what the Polpo Squad is.
The Polpo is a biological octopus: 8 tentacles, each semi-autonomous, coordinated through chemical gradients — not a central brain.
My Claude Code agents work the same way. 24 specialized tentacoli + 68 forged skills share a substrate (Obsidian vault + memory federation + credentials store) instead of a message bus.
