The source generator pins Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp to the lowest version that provides the APIs it uses. This lets consumers on older SDKs load the generator. Automatic bumps raise that floor. The source generator pins
Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharpto the lowest version that provides the APIs it uses, so consumers on older .NET SDKs can still load it. Dependabot bumps to the Roslyn packages raise that floor, so this ignoresMicrosoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharpandMicrosoft.CodeAnalysis.Analyzersin the NuGet update config. Both are updated by hand from now on.This replaces #361.
