AI-ticket-system is an application designed to streamline customer support. It allows you to create, manage, and track support tickets easily. The AI helps in prioritizing tickets, ensuring quick responses and improved customer satisfaction.

To use the AI-ticket-system, ensure your computer meets the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS High Sierra or later, Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 or later)
- RAM: 4 GB or more
- Storage: At least 200 MB of available space
- Internet Connection: Required for downloading and updating

Once you are on the releases page, find the latest version of the AI-ticket-system. You will see a list of available files. Click on the file that matches your operating system to download it.
- Locate the Downloaded File: After the download completes, navigate to your Downloads folder or the location you chose for the file.

- Follow the Setup Wizard: The installation wizard will guide you through the setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Once installed, open the AI-ticket-system for the first time. You will be prompted to create an account. Follow these steps:
- Enter Your Email: Input your email address to create an account.
- Set a Password: Choose a strong password for your account.
- Agree to Terms: Review the terms of use and click the checkbox to agree.
- Confirmation: Check your email for a confirmation link. Click the link to activate your account.
After setting up your account, you can start using the application.
- Create a New Ticket: Click on the βNew Ticketβ button. Fill out the form detailing the issue. You can attach files if needed.
- View Tickets: Go to the βMy Ticketsβ section to see a list of all your opened and closed tickets.
- Respond to Tickets: Click on any ticket to view details. If you need to respond, use the reply box at the bottom.
- Check Status: Keep an eye on the status updates for each ticket. You will receive notifications via email about any changes.

If you forget your password, click on the βForgot Password?β link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to reset it.
Yes, you can log into your account from any device. Your tickets and information will be synced across all devices.
Currently, the AI-ticket-system is available for desktop only. A mobile version is under consideration for future releases.
