Also removed some imports that were not used and DRY-ed the server_hierarchy function.
Also remove the re-set of `__opts__['file_client']` as it was already setup on `minion()`.
pkg was set for master config as brew, here will choose the correct one for the different linux distributions.

I would have imagine salt is smart enough to don't need this...
