CV2-6708: Set TeamSlug for Create TiplineResource mutation

Description

Set the team variable for createResourceMutation based on the team the user is browsing instead of User.current_team in. This fixes an issue where Meedan users could trigger the createNewResource mutation without being members of the workspace.

How to test?

Should follow these steps:

1. Create a new workspace.
2. Log in with a Meedan account that is not a member of the workspace created in step 1.
3. Create a new resource.

Result: Successfully created a new resource.
