Adds a persisted night mode theme to the starter train dispatcher, including a day/night toggle, system dark preference default, updated browser theme color, and simple moon/star/horizon night details. The train and steam styling now use theme variables so dispatch animations remain visible in both modes. Validated with
git diff --checkand an inline script syntax parse viaosascript -l JavaScript.
