QRC + FNN procedural level-generation reproduction: paper metrics re-implemented and validated on the authors' released sequences, fresh gate-based QRC and MerLin photonic reservoir analogue, and three multi-seed scaling sweeps (modes, photons, iso-output-dim). Photonic reservoir ported to the merlin 0.4 API (MeasurementStrategy.probs factory) with unit tests. Packages the authors' open reference data under data/qrc_level_generation (2.3 MB, gitignore whitelist) so the default smoke config runs from a fresh clone; raw sweep outputs stay untracked via a paper .gitignore. Curated results/ index added; ruff-clean.
