The LICENSE file was an abridged rewording of Apache-2.0 (166 lines against the canonical 202, several clauses reworded), so GitHub could not detect it and showed NOASSERTION. This replaces it with the verbatim text from apache.org. package.json already declares Apache-2.0; nothing else changes.
