Solana deprecated release.solana.com, so we're now using release.agave.xyz/XX there still seems to be a problem with the newer versions of Solana here or something which has been changed.
Note the release for 1.17.16 doesn't exist on the agave releases so not sure outside of pulling from the github releases how that might change.
Anyways was just trying to get tests working again, so I'll leave it here as they are running, albeit failing.
