A database of DJ mixes. This adds support for the mixes themselves, and for artists and series of mixes. Like with IMSLP, the mixes are normal Mediawiki pages and the artists and series are Category pages.

Implement MBS-14210
Description
A database of DJ mixes.
This adds support for the mixes themselves, and for artists and series of mixes. Like with IMSLP, the mixes are normal Mediawiki pages and the artists and series are Category pages.
Testing
Manually, plus added a couple tests
Further action
When merging, we should transclude the whitelist changes on the wiki.
