We are building Sameer’s animated portfolio website inspired by AnimeJS. The site will have: a loading animation, a central 3D shape reacting to scroll, scroll-based project reveals, neon animations, and clickable project cards. Today is Day 1: Initialize React + Vite, install Anime.js, GSAP, and Three.js (React Three Fiber). Create project folder structure and make a Loader.jsx component with a full-screen animation that plays before showing the site. Files today: App.jsx, components/Loader.jsx.
