This change adds a test utilities module that demonstrates the complete ADW workflow from spec creation through PR submission. The module provides helper functions for working with ADW IDs and task status formatting. Added: - src/adw/test_utils.py: Core utility functions with type hints - tests/test_test_utils.py: Comprehensive unit tests (18 tests, all passing) - specs/test-feature.md: Feature specification All tests pass, code is properly linted and type-checked.
