15s window, probeProvider() integration on Providers page
- TUI: complete multi-screen set (Overview/Telegram/Groups/Providers/
Usage/System/Backups/Diagnostics) driven by pure data layer

- Usage page: /admin/usage with day/provider/model aggregation from
provider_usage table
