Update so that input files are an array of strings
ToDo:

  • Merge in PR
  • Create PR for nmdc_automation with updated release of ReadsQC
  • Merge PR and cut release
  • Update release on dev watcher and sched
  • Rerun jaws tests in refreshed dev env (avail post release)
  • Update prod

Let's bump the version.txt file too and then we are good to go.
