Update copilotstudio client samples to match new settings configuration

NOTE:
This PR depends on the changes in PR#551. Once merged and published, the copilotstudio-client version should be updated in these samples.

Description

This PR updates the copilotstudio samples (console, webclient, and webchat-react) to adapt them to the new settings configuration.

Detailed changes

• Updated copilotstudio-client, copilotstudio-webclient and copilotstudio-webchat-react samples to the new settings configuration in the copilotstudio-client package.
• Updated the README files in these samples to enhance the settings documentation.
• Added a prebuild script in copilotstudio-webchat-react to create the settings.js file if it doesn't exist avoiding 'module not found' errors in CI build.

Testing

Here we can see the three samples working after the changes.

Yes, the sampls are outdated in this repo. I will fix the conflicts and mark the PR as ready for review.
