microsphere-tomcat-bom/pom.xml:22 — The java17+ profile later in this same POM still sets tomcat.version to 11.0.21, so on JDK 17+ (and likely CI) this bump to 11.0.23 won’t take effect. Consider aligning the java17+ profile’s tomcat.version with the new value so the effective Tomcat 11 version is actually updated.
