The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the provider relies on the GitHub stargazer API, which no longer serves the data reliably. Point the chart and its link to a working alternative so the graph renders again for visitors.

The star history chart in the README has stopped rendering because its data source is no longer reliable. This change updates the chart and the link that wraps it to a working provider so the graph displays correctly for visitors.
All other parts of the README are unchanged.
