The existing subscription API can offer a trial when startTrial is omitted, and Team checkout can resolve a default seat quantity. The new message-comparison workflow must carry the buyer's explicit choices.

Require explicit trial-versus-paid intent for subscriptions and an approved seat quantity for Team purchases before persisting or sending checkout. Preserve both true and false intent unchanged; the server remains responsible for eligibility and seat minimums. Update the runbook and dated verification record.

Validation: 30 shared-client tests passed, including rejected omitted intent, exact paid/trial choices, required Team quantity and the purchase-and-resume CLI journey. TypeScript compilation and diff check passed. No real checkout, price or allowance change.

Follow-up to #61.
