Stray placeholder in agent docs

The editor agent page now includes a standalone Hello there line between Review what the agent changed and What the agent can do, which reads like draft or test text and will show up in published docs with no purpose.

editor/agent.mdxonly: the Open the agent steps are moved to sit after the ValeFirstPerson = NOcomment (same wording), keyboard shortcuts use escaped\+in<kbd>markup, and a blank line is added before the supported file types list.C++ is escaped in the code/text extensions bullet. A stray "Hello there" line is inserted under Review what the agent changed, which looks unintentional. The AI instructions closing paragraph is unchanged aside from a missing newline at end-of-file.
