Summary
Documents the new Transcend consent management integration for Mintlify docs. When configured, Transcend loads its own consent banner and gates analytics and feedback behind the visitor's Analytics purpose consent, replacing Mintlify's built-in banner so visitors only see one prompt.

Adds Transcend to the privacy integrations docs so customers can wire Mintlify docs to Transcend CMP (following the product change in mint#9529).
New
