.mintlify/assistant/skills/editor-reset/skill.mdx: replaced "Click" with "Select" in steps 2 and 4..mintlify/assistant/skills/custom-domain-rate-limit/skill.mdx: replaced "clicking retry" with "selecting retry".Context

git-revalidationskill in the same directory already followed the "Select"/"Press" convention. The two other skill files added in the same PR used "Click", which was inconsistent with both the sibling file and the writing standards documented in.cursor/rules/writing-standards.mdc.Note
