Setting up your instance

There are many methods you can keep a GitHub Repository on your system and keep it updated. With this modpack, as it is instanced as a MultiMC launcher family (MultiMC, PolyMC, Prism), you will have to use one of those compatible clients. This modpack was initialized on Prism, so that will be what the guide shows, but the steps should be the same for the other two launchers.

Please note that This Modpack is in 1.20.1, so it uses Java 17.

Download and install your git software of your choice.

For this guide, we will be using GitHub Desktop as it seems to provide the best git experience on Windows with a GUI.

Once installed, please open the software.

Hit "Clone" and you're done!

Well, actually, there is one last thing you need to do, and that is a missing file the pack is missing. The legendary, fabled instance.cfg!!!! here is the pastebin of the file. Drop that into the root of your new instance.

Congrats! you can sync your pack whenever there's an update! This also applies tho the release branch.
