dsp: a tonewheel organ, a guitar amp, a mix-bus glue - #330

Nine drawbars at the B-3's footages, 3 dB a step, with foldback above the top wheel's 5.9 kHz, key click, second- or third-harmonic percussion, leakage, and the scanner as a per-voice chorus.
The cabinet's valve amp pushed: a tanh before the crossover, scaled back by its drive. At 0 the input passes untouched, so pieces already on the rotary render byte for byte as before (checked on philly.gen).
A 100 Hz tightening high-pass, a biased and a symmetric valve stage, a three-band tone stack, a 12-inch cabinet, and an echo pedal so a lead keeps its delay on a channel that carries one effect. Level is divided by the gain, so Gain adds dirt rather than volume.
A master effect for a piece: low cut, two shelves, a slow 2:1 compressor keyed from the sum, tape saturation, mid/side width, and fx/limiter's ceiling last.

Three graphs, plus a drive on the Leslie. No engine or plugin changes.
dsp/tonewheel.dsp: nine drawbars (16' to 1'), each step 3 dB. Footages above the top wheel's 5.9 kHz fold back an octave. Also: key click, 2nd/3rd-harmonic percussion, leakage, and scanner vibrato/chorus.fx/rotary.dsp: newDrive, a tanh before the crossover scaled back by its drive. At the default 0 the input passes untouched;gen/philly.genrenders byte-identical to master.fx/amp.dsp: a guitar amp with a 100 Hz tightening high-pass, a biased valve stage (even harmonics) into a symmetric one, a 700 Hz three-band tone stack and a 12-inch cabinet (resonant 85 Hz high-pass, 24 dB/oct low-pass with a breakup peak). It also has an optional echo, since a channel carries one effect.Levelis divided by the gain, soGainadds dirt rather than volume.fx/glue.dsp: a master effect with a low cut (20 Hz, a knob), low/high shelves, a 2:1 soft-knee compressor keyed from the sum, tanh tape, mid/side width, andfx/limiter's ceiling last.Testing
ctest -R "dsp|fx|catalog|gencheck": 18/18 pass.organ0, a bareguitar.dsp, andfx/limiter. No clipping or NaN; section levels are within 1-2 dB of the limiter version.
