Record the completed public release and its installation verification so the checklist now identifies community account setup and submission as the remaining work.
Version 0.1.6 is a published normal release in the public repository. All three individual assets returned HTTP 200 without GitHub authentication and matched the tested build byte for byte; ZIP contents and license notices also matched. Main and tagged-release CI passed for the released commit.
Validation: documentation-only update;
git diff --checkpassed. No plugin version or runtime behavior changed.
