User description

💡 What: Added accessibilityRole, accessibilityState, accessibilityLabel, and accessibilityHint to the TouchableOpacity component within Accordion.tsx.
🎯 Why: To ensure screen reader users are aware of the expanded/collapsed state of each section and can interact with the accordion correctly. Custom expandable components built with TouchableOpacity do not automatically announce their state or purpose, so these explicit props are necessary.
Accessibility: Added correct button role, dynamic state communication (expanded/collapsed), and clear hints for interaction.

Also recorded this learning in .Jules/palette.md.

CodeAnt-AI Description

Improve accordion screen reader support

What Changed

  • Accordion section headers now announce as buttons with their expanded or collapsed state
  • Each section now has a clear label and hint so screen reader users know how to open or close it
  • The visible accordion behavior stays the same, with the same expand and collapse animation

Impact

✅ Clearer accordion navigation for screen reader users
✅ Fewer missed expand/collapse actions
✅ Easier access to expandable content
