🎨 Palette: Improve Accordion Accessibility#189
Conversation
Added critical accessibility traits (`accessibilityRole`, `accessibilityState`, `accessibilityLabel`, and `accessibilityHint`) to the interactive `TouchableOpacity` element inside the `Accordion` component. This ensures that screen reader users can interact with expandable accordion sections and correctly understand their current expanded/collapsed states. Also documented this learning in `.Jules/palette.md`. Co-authored-by: mknoufi <209227354+mknoufi@users.noreply.github.com>

Screen reader users had no context that the Accordion header could be tapped to expand or collapse. They were unaware of what interaction the item triggers, or what state it is currently in (expanded vs collapsed). This fixes the lack of context and ensures complete navigational clarity.
