Updated script to allow user selection of audio and subtitle languages instead of defaulting to English. Added functionality to scan files for available languages and prompt user for language preferences.
Added language detection feature to the GUI for batch remuxing, enhancing user experience by allowing users to scan and select available audio and subtitle languages from MKV files.
