Addresses #549
For Space Age only, renames tungsten ore to chromite, and switches graphics with Space Age's tungsten. Consolidates tungsten products by renaming bob-tungsten-plate and bob-tungsten-carbide to match the vanilla names tungsten-plate and tungsten-carbide. Adds chromium plate and stainless steel using vanilla tungsten material graphics, though this and most other graphics are just placeholders and should not be considered final (I'd rather not spend the time to make new graphics unless and until this general approach is given the go-ahead). Maybe having purple chromite ore is okay, but that isn't really the color that comes to mind when I think of stainless steel. And there are certainly more adjustments to recipes that could be made,
The benefit of doing this ore rename is that we don't have to add any entirely new definitions, and there won't be any problems with Resource Spawner Overhaul and such. And chromium can be used for more than just stainless steel. Nickel-cobalt-chromium superalloy would be nice to have for Aquilo, since superalloys maintain their strength at very low temperatures.
Recipes that use tungsten currently will now use stainless steel. Tungsten plate, tungsten carbide, and copper-tungsten will now all be Vulcanus materials, with tungsten carbide unlocked first, as in vanilla. Other than the few key unlocks in the early Vulcanus tech tree, all tungsten recipes will be locked behind the metallurgical science pack (though I have not added the science pack to the techs yet).
In a few instances, stainless steel will now take precedence over titanium as well.
