New CDP ingestion limits page (Segment/Adobe/mParticle): 500 RPS, 15K RPM, 128 KB payload. Fills the 'deferred - no CDP page' gap from GR-001. Values from the internal Platform Limits reference; pending PM/Eng confirmation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
