docs(aeon): note live v4 hook marketplace in registry entry

What

Updates the description on mainnet/aeon.jsonc to reflect that Aeon's Uniswap v4 hook marketplace is now live (Monad is a supported chain).

The entry already listed Aeon's 10 v4 hook contracts and was marked live: true, but the description still framed Aeon Hooks as "a fleet of Uniswap v4 hooks" rather than the marketplace it now is.

Description now reads:

Aeon (@aeonframework) is an autonomous agent framework. Aeon Hooks is its live Uniswap v4 hook marketplace — create a v4 hook from a single prompt, get it auto-listed on a curated registry with a mandatory audit and full security report, then deploy it to a launchpad. The listed contracts are Aeon's fleet of v4 hooks (dynamic fees, no-op, gating, and other custom pool behaviors) that integrate with Uniswap v4 pools.

Only the description field changed — addresses, categories (DeFi::DEX), links, and live are untouched. The protocols-mainnet.{csv,json} aggregates are regenerated automatically by the generate-aggregates workflow on merge.
