新增「配置 → 节点与分组」：分组怎么设、在公开页上怎么显示，节点列表的批量修改与批量删除， 以及离线通知、延迟监控里按分组选节点。主题开发页补上 /api/nodes 的 group 字段约定；通知、 流量、卸载三页各加一句指过去，架构页补上两个批量接口。
「节点与分组」按对话框的用法重写：设组、给新接入的机器分组、改名、解散；离线通知与延迟监控 里按分组选节点保留。通知页去掉指向批量修改的半句，流量页、卸载页恢复原样，架构页去掉批量 删除接口。

/api/nodes的group字段、空值与旧版 hub、分组顺序和汇总的约定PUT /api/nodes/batch对应 monitor-probe/monitor#51 与 monitor-probe/monitor-theme-default#7，hub 发版后合并。
