revert: 去掉实时数字的定宽槽位 - #11

撤掉 #8。生产上满意的版本不带槽位：它的三个构建产物与 v1.1.0 去掉 `Num` 后的构建逐字节一致。摘要行、表格网速列、展开详情的网速行回到直接输出数字；总流量的提示仍是分组后的「所列节点」。

撤掉 #8，摘要行、表格网速列、展开详情的网速行回到不预留宽度、直接输出数字的写法。
生产上在用、确认满意的版本就是不带槽位的：它的三个构建产物（
index-By6HKH66.js、index-TRRum5qZ.css、NodeDetail--3jhtKyz.js）与 v1.1.0 去掉Num后的构建逐字节一致。与 #8 的冲突处保留分组之后的改动：总流量的提示仍是「所列节点累计下载与上传流量」。
tsc -b、oxlint、npm test、npm run build通过。
