feat: 公开页按分组切换 - #9

- 节点有分组时，表格上方出现「全部 / 各分组 / 未分组」标签，分组顺序跟着节点顺序；一个分组都没有时页面不变，旧版 hub 没有 `group` 字段也一样 - 标签是 Bootstrap 的 pill 样式；分组多时桌面换行，手机横向滚动 - 在线数、网速、总流量跟着所选标签只算这一组；选中的分组被解散或改名后回到「全部」 - 标签的选择保存在 `App`，看完节点图表回来时保留；图表页的节点搜索也匹配分组名

group字段也一样App，看完节点图表回来时保留；图表页的节点搜索也匹配分组名测试：
npm test覆盖分组顺序；tsc -b、oxlint、npm run build。预览环境 36 台节点浏览器实测：无分组时没有标签行；标签切换与汇总；分组名取「全部」「*」时与全部标签互不干扰；进图表页再回来标签保留；选中的分组被解散后回到「全部」；32 个分组在桌面换成 4 行、390px 深色下横向滚动且页面无横向滚动条。对应 https://github.com/monitor-probe/monitor/pull/51。
