Adding the support of the
-autocpoption for the class parsing and importing a model from Moose. This option is necessary to build stub with accurate hierarchy (and by extension, accurate mooseName) when your project has external dependencies on its classpath.This PR is linked to another PR on the MooseIDE repository, and must be merged first.
