Align Caelus forecasts and bundle nine weather glyphs

Summary

Align Sensorius's hourly provider conditions, daily summaries, and representative daily condition with standalone Caelus. The Today card now covers the remaining local day. MET precipitation amounts and probabilities use the same forecast period, including Caelus's estimates when probability is absent; old cached summaries refresh automatically.

Bundle nine local Twemoji SVGs, including clear and partly cloudy night variants, so forecast artwork works offline without system emoji fonts. Hourly night selection uses provider daylight indicators or station solar position. Include artwork attribution, license, documentation, and version v0.26.258.2.

Verification

• macOS, Python 3.13.9; isolated provider fixtures, no MQTT broker or direct hardware required.
• python3 -m pytest testApparatus/test_weather_forecast.py testApparatus/test_integrated_weather_forecast.py testApparatus/test_compile_python.py -q — 83 passed.
• npm run validate:pr — 31 passed using the isolated host fixture and Playwright Chromium.
• Inspected the nine-glyph preview and phone forecast screenshot; desktop/tablet/phone layout checks passed.
• Compared condition mappings against local Caelus source: 100 WMO codes, 27 MET symbol/glyph combinations, and three representative daily summaries passed before replacing the artwork with SVGs.
• Source diff whitespace checks passed. The bundled upstream graphics license is preserved verbatim, including one existing trailing space.

Residual risk or unverified areas

Live provider results, Windows/Linux browsers, and direct hardware were not exercised locally. Legacy offline records without usable location/time retain daytime artwork. Existing NWS grid probability supplementation remains in place. Caelus and cPyNodus III are unchanged; cross-project asset synchronization is a separate task.
