Add Native Dragon RPG Reference Tables

Summary

• Defines Dragon as a native late.sh daily social RPG, with original data and reference notes instead of a LORD port or embedded BBS door.

Changes

• Rewrites DRAGON.md around the native-game direction, core loop, content boundary, and phased roadmap.
• Adds assets/dragon/ reference docs and original .dat tables for player fields, levels, monsters, equipment, town locations, events, daily news, skills, and social actions.
• Ignores local-only LORD/BBS scratch and raw extraction outputs.
• Passes Rebels Terraform variables through the deploy workflow with defaults.

Behavior notes

• No playable Dragon runtime is added in this branch.
• Dragon assets are explicitly original working tables; raw LORD archives, extracted files, prose, screenshots, and activation material remain out of git.

Feature flags

• Dragon: None.
• Rebels deploy config now accepts REBELS_ENABLED, REBELS_HOST, and REBELS_PORT.

• Not applicable; no visible UI changes.

Testing

• Automated: Not run; documentation/data-only change, and repo policy leaves blocking cargo checks to the human owner.
• Manual: Not run; no runtime Dragon behavior is included in this branch.
