docs/desc.htmlとdocs/knowledge-model.htmlをリポジトリ直下へ移す (名前は変えない)リポジトリ内に、移したファイルへの参照は無い。DESIGN.md と README の「docs の解説 html」は当時の記録なので残す。

site/Makefileのコピー元も合わせて直す。公開 URL (/three/desc.html//three/knowledge-model.html) は変わらないmake copyは手元の~/agent/elevator-threeから取るので、こちらを先に merge することテスト
