1. RUNTIME EXCEPTION (COMPILED JAR USAGE)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, if your sole intent is to download, install, execute, or otherwise operate the official pre-compiled JAR plugin binary ("the Plugin") for its intended purpose within a server or runtime environment, this License imposes no additional restrictions upon that usage.

You are expressly permitted to use the official compiled Plugin, free of charge, for any lawful purpose, including personal, educational, community, and commercial server environments, provided that the Plugin itself is not modified or redistributed in violation of this License.

For the avoidance of doubt, the restrictions contained within this License are intended primarily to govern the Software's source code, derivative works, and redistribution—not the ordinary execution of the official compiled Plugin.

2. FREE SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT

 "JVC Information Header" means the informational metadata block located at the beginning of each source file within the Software.

 "Derivative Work" means any modified, adapted, translated, merged, transformed, or otherwise altered version of the Software or any substantial portion thereof.

Subject to your continued compliance with this License, MSTRJK grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to:
  (a) View and study the Software.
  (b) Fork the Software using the hosting platform's standard forking functionality.
  (c) Modify the Software for personal, educational, evaluation, archival, or non-commercial research purposes.
  (d) Compile and test modified versions of the Software.

No ownership rights are transferred under this License.

5. RESTRICTIONS

Except where expressly permitted by this License or by applicable law, you shall not:

  (a) Sale and Monetization
    Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, license for consideration, paywall, bundle into a paid product, or otherwise distribute the Software or any Derivative Work in exchange for money or other valuable consideration without the prior written consent of MSTRJK.

The Software must remain freely obtainable by all recipients.

  (b) Header Preservation
    The JVC Information Header present within each source file shall be preserved in all original and Derivative Works.

You shall not intentionally remove, obscure, or materially alter those headers without the prior written consent of MSTRJK.

Administrative changes such as copyright year updates or additional copyright notices made with authorization do not constitute prohibited alterations.

  (c) Redistribution
    Any public redistribution of the original Software or a Derivative Work must:

- include this License in its entirety and without modification;
- preserve all copyright notices;
- preserve all license notices;
- not grant permissions exceeding those granted under this License. 

  (d) Reverse Engineering
    You shall not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from compiled portions of the Software except to the extent such activity cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.

6. TERMINATION

Any violation of this License immediately and automatically terminates all rights granted herein.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease exercising any rights granted by this License.

Termination shall not affect any rights or remedies otherwise available to the Copyright Holder under applicable law.

The Software is licensed, not sold.

No trademark rights, branding rights, or rights to use the names, logos, or visual identity associated with the Software are granted by this License.
