💡 What: Replaced local http.Client allocation in FetchUsage with a package-level reusable usageClient.
🎯 Why: Recreating the client for every request prevents keep-alive and forces a new TLS handshake every time usage is fetched, wasting hundreds of milliseconds.
📊 Impact: Speeds up API requests significantly when polling Anthropic's usage endpoint by enabling TCP connection and TLS session reuse.
🔬 Measurement: Verified with a benchmark showing client reuse dropping request latency drastically (from ~4ms to ~0.1ms per request locally with TLS).
