Ein Monitor ohne Benachrichtigung wird nie rot gemeldet — er faellt also nur auf, wenn ihn jemand aktiv sucht. Der Waechter in kuma-status.mjs hat keinen Leser; der Morgenbrief laeuft taeglich. Die Abfrage laeuft bewusst OHNE heartbeat-JOIN: ein Push-Monitor, der noch nie gepusht hat, faellt aus kuma_active komplett heraus (gemessen — genau so war gobd-export unsichtbar).
